Bright As Stars-Dedicated to my Sister

My Sister Graduated on January 21st but I couldn't do a Drawing Because I'm Busy in ACW, But now that I'm Free I saw the Perfect Opportunity to dedicate it to her, It was quite beautiful to see and feel each Stroke combining two programs. Colors, textures and brightness, the final result left me very satisfied. I hope you like it
